The present invention relates to a tiled roof structure for a Korean-style house and a construction method for the same and, more specifically, to a tiled roof structure for a Korean-style house, capable of reducing construction costs and being simply constructed, and a construction method for the same. The tiled roof structure for a Korean-style house also can reduce a load of a roof and can obtain excellent insulation performance. According to the present invention, the tiled roof structure for a Korean-style house is supported by a rafter. The tiled roof structure for a Korean-style house comprises: a waterproof sheet preventing moisture from flowing into a cover plate; a flame resisting sheet having a flame resisting property by being attached to the waterproof sheet; multiple vertical members installed at intervals; multiple horizontal members installed at intervals; a urethane foaming liquid injected into a predetermined space formed between the flame resisting sheet and the horizontal member; and a comb teeth member improving an adhesive force of the urethane foaming liquid and the flame resisting sheet and tightly attaching the urethane foaming liquid and the flame resisting sheet. According to the present invention, the construction method for the same comprises a base arranging step, a sheet attaching step, a roof tile support installing step, an upper member installing member, a urethane foaming liquid applying step, and a roof tile connecting step.

본 발명은 한옥의 기와지붕 구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 지붕의 하중을 감소시키면서 단열성능이 우수하며, 지진으로 인한 파손, 화재 및 누수를 방지하고, 수명을 연장시킬 수가 있으며, 시공이 간편하고 시공비용을 절감시킬 수 있는 한옥의 기와지붕 구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 한옥의 기와지붕 구조는 써까래에 의해 지지되는 것으로, 개판, 평고대, 연함, 암키와, 수키와를 포함하는 한옥의 기와지붕 구조에 있어서, 상기 개판의 표면에 부착되어 상기 개판으로 수분의 유입을 방지하는 방수시트와; 상기 방수시트에 부착되어 난연 성질을 갖는 난연시트와; 상기 난연시트의 상부에 세로방향으로 설치되는 것으로 상호 이격되어 다수 구비되는 세로상부재와; 상기 세로상부재의 상면에 가로방향으로 놓이고 상기 세로상부재에 고정되는 것으로 상호 이격되어 다수 구비되는 가로상부재와; 상기 난연시트와 상기 가로상부재의 사이에 형성된 소정 공간에 분사되어 채워지고 경화되는 우레탄 발포액과; 상기 난연시트의 상면에 부착되는 것으로 상기 우레탄 발포액과 접촉되는 표면에 다수의 빗살이 돌출되어 상기 우레탄 발포액의 경화시 상기 우레탄 발포액에 침투되어 함께 고정됨으로써 상기 난연시트와 우레탄 발포액과의 접착력을 높이고 긴밀하게 밀착시키는 빗살부재를 더 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명에 따른 한옥의 기와지붕 시공방법은 써까래 위에 놓여진 개판 위에 기와를 놓아 한옥의 기와지붕을 시공하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 개판의 표면을 빈틈없이 긴밀하고 매끄럽게 연마하는 바탕정리단계와; 상기 개판의 표면에 기능성 시트를 접착제에 의해 부착하는 시트부착단계와; 연암을 부착된 상기 기능성 시트 위에 평고대 면에 맞추어 나란하게 놓아 고정하는 연암설치단계와; 상기 기능성 시트위에 상기 기와를 놓기 위해 목재를 이용하여 기초 프레임을 설치하는 상부재설치단계와; 상기 기능성 시트와 상기 기초프레임의 사이에 우레탄 발포액을 도포하여 단열층을 형성하는 우레탄 발포액 도포단계와; 상기 기초프레임 위에 상기 기와를 놓는 기와잇기단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
