Building Exterior Material Fixing Unit Comprising Anchor Having Heat Insulating Layer
The present invention relates to a fixing unit for an exterior material of a building, including an anchor having an insulation layer. The fixing unit for an exterior material of a building includes the insulation layer between both ends of a metallic anchor to improve insulation performance of the fixing unit including the anchor fixing an exterior material such as stone to a building. Also, the fixing unit for an exterior material of a building includes the anchor having the insulation layer inserted into the middle part of the metallic anchor by a dual screw type to support the weight of the stone and maintain the shape even against deformation due to heat. The fixing unit for an exterior material of a building has the insulation layer in the metallic anchor and prevents external heat or cold from being blocked by an insulation unit as a rod of the anchor and an exterior material support unit are not directly in contact. Also, the insulation layer is inserted into the middle part of the metallic anchor. Therefore, the fixing unit for an exterior material of a building supports the weight of the stone and maintains the shape even against deformation due to heat. The fixing unit for an exterior material of a building is stable and has excellent insulation performance.
