The present invention relates to a clamp assembly for a scaffolding pipe and, more specifically, to a clamp assembly for a scaffolding pipe, capable of largely improving work convenience of work phenomenon by being simply installed and being easily installed and dismantled as a scaffolding pipe crossing each other is coupled at once. Also, the clamp assembly for a scaffolding pipe can reduce manufacturing costs by having simple composition and can reduce facility costs of scaffolding. According to the present invention, the clamp assembly for a scaffolding pipe includes: a pressing clamp including a binding ring which is bent in a U-shape in which a support unit is extended to both ends of a ring unit so that pressing clamp fixes the scaffolding pipe by being installed at a crossing point of the scaffolding pipe, wherein the pressing clamp comprises a pipe clamp pressing and fixing the scaffolding pipe by being connected to the binding ring; and a fixing bracket installed between the scaffolding pipes, wherein the fixing bracket supports the scaffolding pipe and also fixes an installation position by being coupled to the pressing clamp at same time. A hanging unit is formed at one end of the support unit of the binding ring, and a bolting unit is formed at the other end. The pipe clamp has an arc-shaped bending unit in which the scaffolding pipe is inserted. Also, first and second hanging pieces are formed at both ends of the bending unit to be bound to the bolding unit while being fixed to the hanging unit of the binding ring. After the pressing clamp and the fixing bracket are assembled in a set and are installed in the scaffolding pipe, the scaffolding pipe is fixed by onetime bolting.
본 발명은 비계 파이프용 클램프어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 교차하는 비계 파이프의 체결이 한번에 이루어지도록 설치 및 해체가 용이하고, 간편한 설치로 인해 작업현상의 작업편의성을 크게 향상시키며, 간단한 구성에 의한 제조단가를 낮아져 비계시설 비용을 저감시킬 수 있는 비계 파이프용 클램프어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 비계파이프용 클램프어셈블리는 비계파이프의 교차지점에 장착하여 고정시키도록 고리부의 양단으로 지지부가 연장된 U 형상으로 절곡된 결착고리가 구비되고, 상기 결착고리와 결합하여 비계파이프를 가압 고정하는 파이프클램프로 이루어진 가압클램프; 비계파이프 사이로 개재하여 비계파이프를 지지하도록 함과 동시에 가압클램프와 결속하여 설치 위치를 고정시키는 고정브라켓을 포함하며, 상기 결착고리의 지지부의 일단에 걸이부와 타단에 볼팅부가 형성되고, 상기 파이프클램프는 비계파이프가 삽입되는 호형의 절곡부가 형성되고, 상기 절곡부의 양단으로 결착고리의 걸이부에 구속시킨 상태로 볼팅부에 결속하기 위한 제1,2걸림편이 형성되며, 상기 가압클램프와 고정브라켓를 하나의 세트로 조립하여 비계파이프에 장착한 후, 한번의 볼팅으로 비계파이프를 고정시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
