Bottom structure using waste insulation having sound absorbing function for reducing noise between floors of apartment house and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a method of constructing a floor noise prevention layer by using a waste insulation material between floors of an apartment building. The method of constructing a floor noise prevention layer includes: a step (S1) of manufacturing a BTANS primary mixture by mixing 30-40 wt% of cement, 30-40 wt% of yarn 7, 10-30 wt% of water, 0.05-0.2 wt% of an air-entraining agent, and 0.05-0.2 of a thickener; a step (S2) of manufacturing a BTANS secondary mixture by mixing 2-10 wt% of a waste insulation material with 100 wt% of the BTANS primary mixture; and a step (S3) of performing construction for reducing noise between floors by discharging the BTANS secondary mixture to the floors.
본 발명에 따른 공동주택의 층간소음 저감을 위한 폐단열재를 이용한 층간소음방지층 시공방법은 건축물의 층간소음방지층 시공방법에 있어서, 시멘트 30~40 중량비, 7호사 30~40 중량비, 물 10~30 중량비, 공기연행제 0.05~0.2 중량비, 증점제 0.05~0.2 중량비를 혼합하여 BTANS 1차 혼합물을 제조하는 단계(S1), 상기 BTANS 1차 혼합물 100 중량비에 폐단열재를 2~10 중량비로 혼합하여 BTANS 2차 혼합물을 제조하는 단계(S2), 상기 BTANS 2차 혼합물을 바닥에 배출하여 층간소음 저감을 위한 시공을 하는 단계(S3);를 포함한다.
