The present invention relates to a prefabricated heliport for concrete floor installation. The prefabricated heliport comprises: a plurality of deck panels including a plurality of hollow parts, upper hanging rings and bolt insertion grooves placed alternately at regular intervals, upper hanging protrusions protruding from both vertical walls in the bolt insertion grooves and the upper hanging rings, and female and male combination units placed from both ends, in which the upper hanging rings and the bolt insertion grooves are located, towards the outside; a plurality of upper plates including a plurality of pairs of elastic hanging plates protruding from the bottom at regular intervals to be elastically hung on the upper hanging protrusions in the upper hanging rings and the bolt insertion grooves; a plurality of anchor bolts fixing the deck panels to a concrete floor surface; and a plurality of finishing angles fixed to upper end parts of the upper plates located in the outermost part of the left and right sides and upper end parts of the front and rear parts of the upper plates removably combined with the upper surfaces of the deck panels. Therefore, since the heliport can be fixed closely to the floor of the rooftop of a building made of concrete or a floor surface on the ground by only using anchor bolts, the structure of the heliport can be simpler, installation and manufacture can be facilitated, production costs can be lowered, and costs for personnel and transportation can be lowered due to its light weight.
본 발명은 콘크리트 바닥 설치용 조립식 헬리포트에 관한 것으로 특히, 복수의 중공부와 상판 걸림고리 및 볼트 삽입홈이 정해진 간격을 두고 교호로 구비되되, 상판 걸림고리 및 볼트 삽입홈 내 양측 수직벽에는 각각 상판 걸림돌기가 돌출 형성되고, 상판 걸림고리 및 볼트 삽입홈이 위치된 양측 단부에서 외측방향으로는 각각 암,수 결합수단이 구비된 복수의 데크 패널과; 저면에서 정해진 간격을 두고는 상기 상판 걸림고리 및 볼트 삽입홈 내 상판 걸림돌기에 각각 탄력적으로 걸려지는 수 쌍의 탄성 걸림판이 일체로 돌출 성형된 복수의 상판과; 상기 복수의 데크 패널을 콘크리트 바닥면에 고정시켜 주는 복수의 앵커 볼트와; 복수의 데크 패널 상면에 각각 착탈 가능하게 결합된 복수의 상판 전,후 상면 단부와 좌,우측 최 외곽에 위치된 상판의 상면 단부에 각각 고정 설치된 복수의 마감용 앵글;로 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 콘크리트로 이루어진 건물의 옥상 바닥이나 지상의 바닥면에 직접 그리고 최대한 밀착한 형태로 앵커 볼트들만 이용하여 헬리포트를 고정 설치할 수 있어 그 구조가 간단하고, 제조 및 설치도 쉬우며, 생산원가도 크게 줄일 수 있고, 무게도 가벼워 운반비 및 인건비도 크게 줄일 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a prefabricated heliport for concrete floor installation.
