METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SOIL RETAINING WALL STRUCTURE USING H-PILE
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a soil retaining wall structure using an H-pile and a self-supported pile, comprising: a step of installing and securing one end of a tension member on a lower end unit of the H-pile; a step of installing the H-pile in the ground by being distanced at a preset interval; a step of installing the self-supported pile in the ground corresponding to the H-pile by being distanced at a preset interval and inclined at a preset angle; a step of installing a soil retaining wall to be supported by the H-pile; a step of excavating an internal side unit of the soil retaining wall and installing a plurality of inner furring strips on the internal side unit of the soil retaining wall and the H-pile; a step of installing an outer furring strip on an external side unit of the self-supported pile; a step of installing a support member between the H-pile and the self-supporting pile with the inner and outer furring strips installed; a step of supporting and connecting an upper end unit of the H-pile and the self-supporting pile by a connection member with the inner and the outer furring strips as a medium; and a step of securing the other end of the tension member on an upper end unit of the H-pile. Accordingly, the present invention is able to improve the supporting features of the H-pile and the self-supporting pile, enhance the bending strength of the H-pile, and provide a firm, stable soil retaining wall structure.
본 발명은 엄지말뚝과 자립말뚝을 이용한 흙막이 구조물의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 엄지말뚝의 하단부에 인장부재의 일단이 고정되도록 설치하는 단계와, 상기 엄지말뚝을 기 설정된 간격만큼 이격하여 지중에 설치하는 단계와, 상기 엄지말뚝에 대응하여 자립말뚝을 기 설정된 간격만큼 이격하여 지중에 기 설정된 각도로 경사지게 설치하는 단계와, 상기 엄지말뚝에 지지되도록 흙막이벽체를 설치하는 단계와, 상기 흙막이벽체의 내측부를 굴착하면서 상기 흙막이벽체 및 엄지말뚝의 내측부에 복수개의 내단 띠장을 설치하는 단계와, 상기 자립말뚝의 외측부에 외단 띠장을 설치하는 단계와, 상기 내단 띠장 및 외단 띠장이 설치된 상기 엄지말뚝 및 자립말뚝의 사이에 버팀부재를 설치하는 단계와, 상기 내단 띠장 및 외단 띠장을 매개로 상기 엄지말뚝 및 자립말뚝의 각 상단부를 연결부재로 지지 연결하는 단계와, 상기 엄지말뚝의 상단부에 상기 인장부재을 타단을 고정하는 단계를 포함함으로써, 엄지말뚝과 자립말뚝의 지지 특성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 엄지말뚝의 휨 강도를 향상시켜 견고하고 안정적인 흙막이 구조물을 제공할 수 있다.
