Method for Detecting Compromised Zone in Cleanroom
The present invention provides a method for detecting a compromised zone in a clean room. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) providing a clean room which comprises an air supply space, a ceiling, a clean space, an elevated floor, and an air return space sequentially installed vertically, wherein the ceiling is divided into a plurality of air supply areas, the elevated floor is divided into a plurality of exhaust areas, an air supply area and an exhaust area are vertically arranged to correspond to each other one to one to form a cylindrical space between both corresponding sides, the clean room more comprises a detection tool corresponding to the cylindrical space one to one, and the detection tool comprises a corrosion test piece and a detection unit; and (2) monitoring an electrical performance parameter of the corrosion test piece of the detection tool, and determining the cylindrical space corresponding to the detection tool as a compromised zone when the electrical performance parameter of the corrosion test piece of the detection tool is continuously changed in accordance with tendency. According to the present invention, the method for detecting a compromised zone in a clean room can completely and accurately detect corrosion gas and reduce costs.
본 발명은 크린룸 손상 영역 검출 방법을 공개하며, 상기 방법은, 크린룸이 제공되며, 크린룸은 상하로 순차적으로 설치된 공기 공급 공간, 천정, 청정 공간, 고가 플로어 및 공기 리턴 공간을 포함되며, 천정은 복수의 공기 공급 영역으로 구분되고, 고가 플로어는 복수의 배기 영역으로 구분되며, 공기 공급 영역과 배기 영역은 일대일로 대응되게 상하로 배치되어 대응되는 양자 사이에 원통형 공간을 형성하며, 크린룸은 원통형 공간과 일대일로 대응되는 검출 기구를 더 포함하며, 검출 기구는 부식 시험편과 검출 유닛을 포함하는 단계(1);와, 각 검출 기구의 부식 시험편의 전기적 성능 파라미터를 모니터링하며, 만약 어떤 검출 기구의 부식 시험편의 전기적 성능 파라미터가 추세에 따라 연속적으로 변화하면, 그 검출 기구에 대응되는 원통형 공간을 손상 영역으로 판단하는 단계(2);를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의해 공개된 크린룸 손상 영역 검출 방법은 부식성 가스에 대한 전면적이고 정확한 검출과 비용 절감을 실현할 수 있다.
