The present invention relates to an exterior panel for construction and an assembly structure thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the exterior panel for construction comprises: a front surface steel sheet; a rear surface steel sheet; and a plurality of frames coupled to each dead end of upper and lower portions and left and right portions between the front surface steel sheet and the rear surface steel sheet while having a width in a thickness direction. The frames comprise: an upper frame; a first side surface frame arranged to be coupled to a dead end of one first side surface of both dead ends in the horizontal direction of the front surface steel sheet and the rear surface steel sheet; a second side surface frame arranged to be coupled to a dead end of the other second side surface; and a lower frame. The upper frame has an upper drain channel recessed inwards in a vertical direction to extend in a horizontal direction. Moreover, the assembly structure of the exterior panel for construction comprises: a plurality of exterior panels for construction which is formed in the abovementioned structure; and a lower body metallic material of which an exterior wall is fixed to one side, and of which the exterior panels for construction are coupled to the other side to support the exterior panels for construction.
