APPARATUS FOR JOINING AND RELEASING TRUSS GIRDERS
The present invention relates to an apparatus for coupling and separating truss girders which can easily couple a truss girder to a spacer. The apparatus for coupling and separating truss girders comprises a main body bundle (10) having accommodation grooves (12) on both the left and right sides. Operating bars (20) extended upwards and downwards are axially coupled to the accommodation grooves (12) of the main body bundle (10) to be rotated to the left and right. A middle portion of a bottom surface of the main body bindle (10) is stopped and seated on an upper reinforcing bar (142) of a truss girder (140). Outer surfaces of lower portions of the left and right operating bars (20) are tightly attached to inner surfaces of lower reinforcing bars on each of both sides of the truss girder (140) to spread the lower reinforcing bars (146) of the truss girder (140) by pulling upper portions of the left and right operating bars (20) inwards to easily separate and couple the lower reinforcing bars on both sides of the truss girder (140) into a coupling groove (122) of a spacer (120).
본 발명은 트러스거더를 스페이서에 용이하게 결합시킬 수 있도록 하는 트러스거더의 결합 및 해지용 장치로서, 좌우 양측에 수용홈(12)을 갖는 본체뭉치(10)를 구비하고, 본체뭉치(10)의 수용홈(12)에는 각각 상하로 연장되는 작동봉체(20)를 축결합하여 좌우로 선회 가능토록 결합구성하여, 본체뭉치(10) 하단면의 가운데 부분은 트러스거더(140)의 상부철근(142)에 걸림안착되고 좌우 작동봉체(20)의 하부 외측면은 각각 트러스거더(140)의 양측 하부철근(146)의 내측면에 밀착되게 하여 좌우 작동봉체(20)의 상측 부분을 서로 내측으로 당김으로 트러스거더(140)의 하부철근(146)이 벌어지게 하여 스페이서(120)의 결합홈(122)에 트러스거더(140)의 양측 하부철근(146)의 끼움결합 및 해지작업을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 한다.
