The present invention relates to an asbestos texture removing construction method using a scattered asbestos collecting and dismantling device. More specifically, the present invention is possible to secure convenience of operation in a sealed space and safety of an operator and more quickly and efficiently dismantle asbestos texture by applying a removing construction method by a system unifying removal, collection, package and discharge of the asbestos texture attached to a ceiling and negative pressure of an operational space and is possible to completely prevent toxic substances such as the asbestos texture or the like from being peripherally scattered and cleanly collect the dismantled asbestos texture and residues to prevent surrounding environment contamination by dismantling the asbestos texture by using the asbestos collecting and dismantling device.

본 발명은 비산석면 포집 및 해체장비를 이용한 석면 텍스 철거공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 천정에 부착된 석면텍스의 철거, 수거, 포장, 배출, 작업공간의 음압까지를 일원화하는 시스템에 의한 철거공법을 적용함으로써, 밀폐 공간에서 작업의 편리성과 작업자의 안전성 확보 및 석면 텍스를 보다 신속하고 효율적으로 해체할 수 있고, 상기 비산석면 포집 및 해체장비를 이용하여 석면 텍스를 해체함으로써, 주변에 석면 텍스 등의 유해물질이 비산되는 것을 완벽하게 방지하면서 해체한 석면 텍스 및 잔여물 등을 깨끗하게 수거할 수 있어 주변 환경 오염을 방지하는 특징이 있다.
