The present invention relates to a filtering apparatus for rainwater treatment which is used as a filtering apparatus by removing particulate contaminants included in rainwater or is used as a filtering apparatus which is a pretreatment facility of a nonpoint pollution source reduction facility for treating rainwater. The filtering apparatus for rainwater treatment comprises: a main body including an opening part formed on a front thereof and opened/closed by an opening/closing door, a rainwater inlet pipe arranged on an upper portion thereof, a drain pipe arranged on a lower portion thereof and connected to a sewer pipe, a discharge pipe penetration hole formed on a lower portion of a rear thereof, and a support on both sides arranged in both side plates behind both sides of a lower portion of the opening part; an inner main body which is seated on an upper portion of the support on both sides to be arranged in the main body to be separated through the opening part, consists of a front and a rear plate, both side plates, and a lower plate to allow an upper portion thereof to be opened to form a bypass flow passage on an upper portion, a front, and a lower portion in the main body while being inserted into the main body, and includes a rainwater discharge pipe arranged on a lower portion of the rear plate and connected to a rainwater storage tank or a nonpoint pollution source reduction facility through a connection pipe by penetrating the discharge pipe penetration hole, and a filtering perforation plate arranged on an opening part of an upper portion thereof, opened and closed by a front hinge unit, and provided with a plurality of filtering holes; and a rainwater filtering means which is arranged on a center in the inner main body, allows foreign substances sinking in water to settle, and lowers filtered rainwater below floating foreign substances while the floating foreign substances float on an upper portion thereof to discharge the rainwater to the rainwater discharge pipe.

본 발명은 빗물에 포함된 입자 형태의 오염물질을 제거하여 빗물 재이용을 위한 여과 장치로 사용하거나, 빗물을 처리하는 비점오염원 저감시설의 전처리 시설인 여과 장치로 사용할 수 있는 우수의 처리를 위한 여과 장치에 관한 것으로, 전방에는 개폐도어로 개폐되는 개방부가 형성되고, 상부에는 빗물 유입관이 구비되고, 하부에는 하수관과 연결되는 배수관이 구비되며, 후방의 하부에는 배출관 관통홀이 형성되고, 상기 개방부의 하부 양측의 후방인 양 측판의 내측에는 양측 받침대가 구비되는 본체와; 상기 양측 받침대의 상부에 안착되어 개방부를 통해 이탈이 가능하게 본체 내부에 구비되고, 상부가 개방되게 전,후판과 양 측판 및 하판으로 구성되어 본체의 내부에 삽입된 상태에서 본체 내부의 상부와 전방 및 하부에는 바이패스 유로를 형성하며, 후판의 하부에는 상기 배출관 관통홀에 관통되어 빗물 저장탱크나 비점오염원 저감시설과 연결관으로 연결되는 빗물 배출관이 구비되고, 상부의 개방부에는 전방의 힌지부를 통해 개폐가 가능하고 다수의 여과홀이 형성된 여과 타공판이 구비되는 내부 본체와; 상기 내부 본체의 내부 중간에 구비되고, 물에 가라앉는 이물질이 침전되고 부상 이물질이 상부에 부상된 상태에서 부상 이물질의 하부에 여과된 빗물을 하강시켜 상기 빗물 배출관으로 배출시키는 빗물 여과수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
