The present invention relates to a safety hinged door assembly for preventing hands from being pinched, which can prevent hands from being pinched in a gap between a doorsill and a door frame when the doorsill is opened. The safety hinged door assembly comprises: a door frame fixedly installed in an entrance of a building; a doorsill arranged in the door frame; a plurality of hinges installed between the door frame and the doorsill to support the doorsill for the doorsill to be rotated back and forth; a first blocking member installed in a longitudinal direction via one side of the doorsill and one side of the door frame on any one indoor and outdoor surface adjacent to a hinge; and a second blocking member installed in a longitudinal direction via one side of the doorsill and one side of the door frame on the other indoor and outdoor surface adjacent to the hinge.
본 발명은, 문짝 개폐시 문틀과의 사이 틈을 통한 손 끼임을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 손 끼임 방지를 위한 안전형 여닫이 도어조립체에 관한 것으로, 그 특징적인 구성은, 건축물의 출입구에 고정 설치되는 문틀; 상기 문틀 내에 배치되는 문짝; 상기 문틀과 문짝 사이에 설치되어 상기 문짝을 전후로 회동 가능하게 지지하는 복수의 경첩; 상기 경첩에 인접하는 실내외 어느 일면의 상기 문짝 일측과 상기 문틀 일측에 걸쳐 종방향으로 이어지도록 설치되는 제1차단부재; 및 상기 경첩에 인접하는 실내외 다른 일면의 상기 문짝 일측과 상기 문틀 일측에 걸쳐 종방향으로 이어지도록 설치되는 제2차단부재;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
