COVER BAND OF CONNECTION DEVICE FOR STEEL PIPE STRUT AND CONNECTION DEVICE FOR STEEL PIPE STRUT HAVING THE SAME
An objective of the present invention is to provide a cover band of a steel pipe strut connector and a steel pipe strut connector having the same which facilitate connection work of steel pipe struts and shorten work time. According to the present invention, the steel pipe strut connector is a connector of a steel pipe strut coupled to an end of the steel pipe strut connected to a retaining wall, and comprises a connector base, a cover band, a cover band fixing part to fix the cover band on the connector base, and a plurality of coupling members to couple the steel pipe strut to the connector base and the cover band. The connector base includes a base body, a support band body having a support band arc unit, and a support band having a plurality of support band penetration holes corresponding to a plurality of strut coupling holes formed on an outer circumferential surface of the steel pipe strut. The cover band includes a cover band body having a cover band arc unit, and a plurality of cover band penetration holes corresponding to the plurality of strut coupling holes. The cover band penetration holes are formed in a long groove shape extended in one direction. The extension direction of at least one among the plurality of cover band penetration holes crosses the extension direction of the other cover band penetration holes.
본 발명에 따른 강관 버팀보 연결구는, 흙막이 벽체와 연결되는 강관 버팀보의 끝단에 결합되는 강관 버팀보의 연결구에 있어서, 연결구 베이스와, 커버 밴드와, 커버 밴드를 연결구 베이스에 고정하는 커버 밴드 고정구와, 강관 버팀보를 연결구 베이스 및 커버 밴드와 체결하는 복수 개의 체결부재를 포함한다. 연결구 베이스는, 베이스 바디와, 받침 밴드 원호부를 구비하는 받침 밴드 바디 및 강관 버팀보의 외주면에 형성되는 복수 개의 버팀보 결합구멍에 대응하는 복수 개의 받침 밴드 관통구멍을 갖는 받침 밴드를 포함하고, 커버 밴드는, 커버 밴드 원호부를 갖는 커버 밴드 바디와, 복수 개의 버팀보 결합구멍에 대응하는 복수의 개의 커버 밴드 관통구멍을 구비한다. 커버 밴드 관통구멍은 일측 방향으로 연장된 장홈 형태로 이루어지되, 복수 개의 커버 밴드 관통구멍 중 적어도 하나는 그 연장 방향이 다른 커버 밴드 관통구멍의 연장 방향과 교차하도록 형성된다.
