The present invention relates to a corner bracket for a door frame, which enables a corner into which a frame bar is connected in a diagonal shape to be accurately and neatly assembled without a gap when assembling a door frame by using the frame bar such as an aluminum chassis or the like, thereby significantly increasing quality and assembly productivity of the door frame. To this end, the present invention provides the corner bracket for a door frame in which an insert portion to be inserted into the frame bar is formed in two directions orthogonal to each other, and a screw hole is formed in the insertion portion. The insertion portion in the two directions has an inclination of a predetermined angle based on diagonal lines coming in contact with each other, and formed with a thick thickness filled in the entirety of a corner bracket insertion passage of the frame bar.
본 발명은 알루미늄 새시 등으로 되는 프레임바아를 이용하여 도어 프레임을 조립함에 있어서 프레임바아가 대각선 형태로 접속되는 코너를 틈새발생 없이 정확하고 깔끔하게 조립할 수 있도록 하여 도어 프레임의 품질 및 조립생산성을 현저히 향상토록 하는 도어 프레임용 코너브래킷에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은 프레임바아에 삽입되기 위한 인서트부가 직교하는 두 방향으로 형성되고 상기 인서트부에 각각 나사공이 형성되는 도어 프레임용 코너브래킷에 있어서, 상기 두 방향의 인서트부는 상호 접하는 대각선을 기준으로 설정 각도의 기울기를 가지며, 프레임바아의 코너브래킷 삽입통로 전체에 채워지는 두꺼운 두께로 형성됨을 특징으로 한다.
