본 발명은 프레임에 형성되어 있는 방충망체결홈에 방충망의 가장자리인 고정부를 고정시켜 프레임에 방충망을 조립고정할 때 방충망 가장자리인 고정부를 연질의 가조립부재로 가조립한 후, 쇄기부재의 체결로 확장되어지는 가조립부재에 의해 방충망체결홈으로부터 방충망의 고정부가 조립해제되어 야기되는 안전사고를 예방할 수 있록 구성한 것이다.
