Safety handrail for beam table form
The present invention relates to a safety handrail for beam table form. More specifically, the safety handrail includes: a base plate including a punching hole; vertical steel placed on the upper surface of the base plate, having an open upper part and an open lateral side to have a storage space therein, and including upper and lower through holes; a first combination bar going through the upper through hole horizontally to be mounted on the vertical steel; a second combination bar going through the lower through hole horizontally to be mounted on the vertical steel; and a bracket located under the base plate, and connected to a bolt going through the punching hole vertically. According to the present invention, since installing the safety handrail on a beam table only one time can integrate the beam table with the safety handrail, processes can be simplified. Moreover, since the safety handrail is able to be folded, the installation, disassembly, movement and lifting of table can be freely performed without an extra external scaffold regardless of the height of the safety handrail, so a mold can be safety constructed.
본 발명은, 보 테이블폼 안전난간대에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 천공홀이 형성된 베이스 플레이트와, 베이스 플레이트의 상면에 안착되며, 상부와 일측이 개방되어 내부에 수용공간이 마련되고, 상부 관통홀과, 하부 관통홀이 형성된 수직 형강과, 상부 관통홀을 수평으로 관통하여 수직 형강에 장착되는 제1 체결대와, 하부 관통홀을 수평으로 관통하여 수직 형강에 장착되는 제2 체결대 및 베이스 플레이트의 하측에 위치하되, 천공홀을 수직으로 관통한 볼트에 연결되는 브라켓을 포함하는 보 테이블폼 안전난간대에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 보 테이블에 안전난간을 1회 설치하는 것만으로, 보 테이블과 안전난간을 일체화시킬 수 있어 공정이 단순화되고, 안전난간을 폴딩할 수 있기 때문에 안전난간의 높이에 상관없이 별도의 외부비계 없이도 테이블폼의 설치, 해체, 이동 및 양중 작업을 자유롭게 수행할 수 있어서 안전하게 거푸집 시공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
