The present invention relates to a waterproof and roof penetration-resistant sheet. According to the present invention, the waterproof and roof penetration-resistant sheet includes: a self-adhesive waterproof sheet of a butyl rubber material; a release film laminated on the bottom of the self-adhesive waterproof sheet; a PET film laminated on the upper surface of the self-adhesive waterproof sheet; and a glass mesh fiber sheet laminated on the upper surface of the PET film. One side in the width direction has the glass mesh fiber sheet formed to be short in order for a part of the upper surface of the PET film to be exposed. The other side in the width direction has the PET film and the glass mesh fiber sheet extended to be longer than the waterproof sheet and the release film. According to the present invention, a construction method for a waterproof and roof penetration-resistant sheet comprises: a first step of mounting a first waterproof and roof penetration-resistant sheet on the upper surface of the concrete after removing the release film; a second step of laminating the other side in the width direction of the self-adhesive waterproof sheet included in a second waterproof and roof penetration-resistant sheet on the upper surface on one side of the width direction of the self-adhesive waterproof sheet included in the first water waterproof and roof penetration-resistant sheet; a third step of attaching the other side in the width direction of the glass mesh fiber sheet and the PET film included in the second waterproof and roof penetration-resistant sheet to the upper surface on the other side in the width direction of the PET film and the glass mesh fiber sheet included in the first waterproof and roof penetration-resistant sheet; and a fourth step of constructing a urethane reinforcing unit to cover a part in which the one side in the width direction of the first waterproof and roof penetration-resistant sheet and the other side in the width direction of the second waterproof and roof penetration-resistant sheet overlap each other.

본 발명에 의한 방수방근시트는, 부틸고무 재질의 자착식 방수시트와, 상기 자착식 방수시트의 저면에 적층되는 이형필름과, 상기 자착식 방수시트의 상면에 적층되는 PET필름과, 상기 PET필름 상면에 적층되는 유리메쉬섬유시트를 포함하되, 폭방향 일측은 상기 PET필름의 상면 일부가 외부로 노출되도록 상기 유리메쉬섬유시트가 짧게 형성되고, 폭방향 타측은 상기 PET필름 및 유리메쉬섬유가 상기 방수시트 및 이형필름보다 길게 연장된다. 본 발명에 의한 방수방근시트 시공방법은, 상기 이형필름을 제거한 후 상기 제1 방수방근시트를 상기 콘크리트 상면에 안착시키는 제1 단계와, 상기 제1 방수방근시트에 포함되는 자착식 방수시트의 폭방향 일측 상면에 상기 제2 방수방근시트에 포함되는 자착식 방수시트의 폭방향 타측을 적층시키는 제2 단계와, 상기 제2 방수방근시트에 포함되는 PET필름 및 유리메쉬섬유시트의 폭방향 타측을 상기 제1 방수방근시트에 포함되는 PET필름 및 유리메쉬섬유시트의 폭방향 타측 상면에 밀착시키는 제3 단계와, 상기 제1 방수방근시트의 폭방향 일측과 상기 제2 방수방근시트의 폭방향 타측이 상호 적층된 부위를 덮도록 우레탄보강부를 시공하는 제4 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
