According to the present invention, a heat insulating frame assembly for allowing a wall finishing material to be distanced from an outer wall of a building, comprises: a base frame formed to be vertically long to correspond to a longitudinal member to be coupled to the front of the longitudinal member vertically installed on the front of the outer wall of the building; a finishing frame detachably coupled to the front of the base frame such that an end of the wall finishing material can be interposed between the base frame and the finishing frame; and an insulating bar inserted by being fitted into the base frame in a longitudinal direction. Thus, the heat insulating frame assembly for a wall finishing material can be provided, which allows the standardized insulating bar to be assembled to the frame by fitting insertion to eliminate the need to integrally form the assembly by previously injecting an insulating material into the frame even when the frame is made of a metal material having a high heat transfer rate to exhibit an insulating function according to installation field conditions in a simple method, thereby facilitating the manufacture of the frame and a heat insulating process.
본 발명에 따라 건물의 외벽으로부터 벽체마감재가 이격 설치되도록 하는 단열시공프레임 조립체에 있어서, 건물 외벽의 전방에 수직으로 설치된 종간부재에 대응되게 수직으로 긴 길이방향을 갖도록 형성되어 상기 종간부재의 전방에 결합 되는 베이스 프레임; 상기 베이스 프레임과의 사이에 벽체마감재의 단부가 개재되도록 상기 베이스 프레임의 전방에 착탈 가능하게 결합 되는 마감 프레임; 및, 상기 베이스 프레임의 내부에 길이방향으로 끼워져 삽입가능하도록 구비된 단열 바아;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 규격화된 단열 바아가 프레임에 끼움 삽입에 의해 조립되도록 함으로써, 열 전달율이 높은 금속재질로 프레임이 구성되더라도 미리 프레임에 단열소재를 주입하여 일체로 형성할 필요가 없이, 간편한 방식으로 설치 현장 조건에 적합하게 단열 기능이 발휘되도록 하여 프레임의 제작 및 단열 시공 과정이 손쉽고 용이하게 이뤄지도록 할 수 있는 벽체마감재의 단열시공프레임 조립체를 제공할 수 있다.
