PRECAST CONCRETE SEGMENT PANEL PRECAST CONCRETE LOAD-BEARING WALLS AND REINFORCING METHOD OF USING PRECAST CONCRETE LOAD-BEARING WALLS
The present invention relates to a precast concrete (PC) segment panel, a PC load-bearing wall, and a reinforcing method for a PC load-bearing wall. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a PC segment panel used in a PC load-bearing wall for reinforcing an internal force of a wall-less section or a non-load-bearing wall dismantling section of a conventional structure, comprises: a reinforced concrete panel part having rebars included therein, and having fastening grooves formed in the edge thereof to fasten a neighboring panel; and a plurality of steel plates provided on the reinforced concrete panel part, having a portion of each thereof exposed at each edge portion of the reinforced concrete panel part, having the remainder thereof partially overlapping a rebar placing area, and having a plurality of studs increasing a coupling force of concrete in portions overlapping the rebar placing area. Some of the plurality of steel plates have receiving portions exposed in the fastening grooves, and the remainder has protrusion portions protruding at the edge portions on which the fastening grooves are not formed to be fastened to the receiving portions exposed in the fastening grooves. Each of the receiving portions and the protrusion portions has at least one fastening hole for fastening. Further, a PC load-bearing wall and a reinforcing method for a PC load-bearing wall are presented.
본 발명은 PC 세그멘트 패널, PC 내력벽체 및 PC 내력벽체 보강공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따라, 기존 구조물의 무벽체 구간 또는 비내력벽체 해체구간의 내력을 보강하는 PC(Precast Concrete) 내력벽체에 사용되는 PC 세그멘트 패널에 있어서, 내부에 철근 배근이 포함되되, 이웃 패널과의 체결을 수행하도록 가장자리에 형성된 체결홈을 구비하는 철근콘크리트 패널부; 및 철근콘크리트 패널부에 설치되되 철근콘크리트 패널부의 각 가장자리 부위에서 각각의 일부가 노출되고 나머지가 철근 배근 영역과 부분적으로 중첩되게 형성되고, 철근 배근 영역과 중첩되는 부위에 콘크리트와의 결합력을 높이기 위한 다수의 스터드를 구비한 다수의 강판을 포함하되, 다수의 강판의 일부는 체결홈에서 노출되는 수용부가 형성되고 나머지는 이웃 패널의 체결홈에서 노출된 수용부와 체결될 수 있도록 체결홈이 형성되지 않은 가장자리 부위에서 돌출된 돌출부가 형성되고, 수용부 및 돌출부 각각은 체결을 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 체결공을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 세그멘트 패널이 제안된다. 또한, PC 내력벽체 및 PC 내력벽체 보강공법이 제안된다.

The present invention relates to a precast concrete (PC) segment panel, a PC load-bearing wall, and a reinforcing method for a PC load-bearing wall. 본 발명은 PC 세그멘트 패널, PC 내력벽체 및 PC 내력벽체 보강공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따라, 기존 구조물의 무벽체 구간 또는 비내력벽체 해체구간의 내력을 보강하는 PC(Precast Concrete) 내력벽체에 사용되는 PC 세그멘트 패널에 있어서, 내부에 철근 배근이 포함되되, 이웃 패널과의 체결을 수행하도록 가장자리에 형성된 체결홈을 구비하는 철근콘크리트 패널부; 및 철근콘크리트 패널부에 설치되되 철근콘크리트 패널부의 각 가장자리 부위에서 각각의 일부가 노출되고 나머지가 철근 배근 영역과 부분적으로 중첩되게 형성되고, 철근 배근 영역과 중첩되는 부위에 콘크리트와의 결합력을 높이기 위한 다수의 스터드를 구비한 다수의 강판을 포함하되, 다수의 강판의 일부는 체결홈에서 노출되는 수용부가 형성되고 나머지는 이웃 패널의 체결홈에서 노출된 수용부와 체결될 수 있도록 체결홈이 형성되지 않은 가장자리 부위에서 돌출된 돌출부가 형성되고, 수용부 및 돌출부 각각은 체결을 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 체결공을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 세그멘트 패널이 제안된다. 또한, PC 내력벽체 및 PC 내력벽체 보강공법이 제안된다.
