The present invention relates to a method for constructing a finishing panels for finishing an outer wall of a building, which comprises: a finishing panel preparation step of preparing a finishing panel fixed and installed on the outer wall of a building; a fixing member installation step of installing a fixing member on the outer wall of a building, wherein a plurality of fixing members are installed in a vertical direction to be spaced apart by the vertical length of the finishing panel; a finishing panel arrangement step of arranging the finishing panel between the fixing member; and a finishing panel fixing step of fixing the finishing panel vertically installed in the finishing panel arrangement step with a fixing pin penetrating the fixing member. The finishing panel preparation step comprises: an insulation panel arrangement step of arranging an insulation panel having one surface facing the outer wall of a building to block heat; a first frame installation step of installing a first frame on the upper part of the insulation panel to arrange an insertion groove on an upper surface; a second frame installation step of installing a second frame on the lower part of the insulation panel to arrange an insertion groove on a lower surface; and a finishing panel installation step of installing a finishing plate on the outer surface of the insulation panel, the first frame, and the second frame. The fixing pin is inserted into the insertion groove formed in the vertically faced first and second frames to fix the finishing panel arranged to the upper and lower part of the fixing member. Accordingly, the finishing plate of a first finishing panel can insulate a gap between the first finishing panel and another first finishing panel installed in a vertical direction.

본 발명의 건물 외장벽체 마감용 마감패널의 시공방법에 따르면, 건물 외장벽체에 고정 설치될 마감패널을 준비하는 마감패널 준비단계; 고정부재를 건물 외장벽체에 설치하되, 마감패널의 상하 길이만큼 이격되도록 상하로 다수 설치하는 고정부재 설치단계; 상기 고정부재의 사이에 상기 마감패널을 배치시키는 마감패널 배치단계; 및 상기 마감패널 배치단계에서 상하로 배치된 마감패널을 상기 고정부재를 관통하는 고정핀으로 고정하는 마감패널 고정단계; 포함하고, 상기 마감패널 준비단계는, 일측면이 상기 건물 외장벽체와 마주하며 열을 차단시키는 단열판을 배치하는 단열판 배치단계와, 상측면에 삽입홈이 배치되도록 상기 단열판의 상부에 제1프레임을 구비하는 제1프레임 구비단계와, 하측면에 삽입홈이 배치되도록 상기 단열판의 하부에 제2프레임을 구비하는 제2프레임 구비단계 및 상기 단열판과 제1프레임과 제2프레임의 외측면에 마감판을 구비하는 마감판 구비단계를 포함하며, 상기 고정핀은, 상하로 마주하는 제1프레임과 제2프레임에 형성된 삽입홈에 삽입되어 상기 고정부재의 상하에 배치되는 마감패널을 고정시킨다. 이상 살펴본 바와 같은 본 발명의 효과는, 1마감패널의 마감판이 세로방향으로 설치되는 또 다른 제1마감패널과의 사이를 단열시킬 수 있는 건물 외장벽체 마감용 마감패널의 시공방법을 제공할 수 있다.
