STEEL PILE HEAD FIXING AND CUTTING APPARATUS
According to the present invention, an apparatus for fixing and cutting a steel pile head is fixed on an exposed head of a steel pile fixed in the ground, and comprises: a main body; a first and a second clamp arm having an arc shape, wherein each one end thereof is rotationally connected to both sides of the main body; a first and a second auxiliary clamp arm having an arc shape, wherein middle portions thereof are rotationally connected to middle portions in the first and the second clamp arm; a support unit arranged on the main body, and provided with support protrusions protruding from both sides forwards and coming in contact with the steel pile; and a plasma cutting unit which is arranged on lower portions of the first and the second clamp arm, and performs cutting work on the steel pile. The present invention arranges the auxiliary clamp arms of an arc shape on the middle portions in the clamp arms fixed while enclosing the outer circumference of the steel pile from both sides to be fixed on steel piles of various diameters, and can perform cutting work on steel piles of various diameters by using plasma after being fixed on the steel piles.
본 발명은, 지중에 고정된 강관 파일의 노출되어 있는 두부에 고정되는 장치로서, 본체; 원호 형상으로 일단이 상기 본체의 양측에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 제1 및 제2 클램프암; 원호 형상으로 중간부가 상기 제1 및 제2 클램프암의 내측 중간부에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 제1 및 제2 보조 클램프암; 상기 본체에 배치되고, 상기 강관 파일의 표면에 접하는 지지 돌기가 전방 양측으로 돌출되는 지지부; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 클램프암의 하부에 배치되고, 플라즈마에 의해 상기 강관 파일에 대한 절단 작업을 수행하는 플라즈마 절단부를 포함하는 강관 파일 두부 고정 및 절단 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 강관 파일의 외주를 양측에서 감싸며 고정되는 클램프암의 내측 중간부에 원호 형상의 보조 클램프를 배치하여 클램프암의 교체없이 다양한 직경의 강관 파일에 고정될 수 있고, 다양한 직경의 강관 파일에 고정된 후, 플라즈마를 이용하여 강관에 대한 절단 작업을 수행할 수 있다.
