Provided are a concrete panel and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an aspect of the present invention, the concrete panel comprises: an organism layer having a gap to enable an organism to be rooted and moisture to be introduced from the outside; a moisture layer storing the moisture introduced from the organism layer and supplying the stored moisture to the rooted organism; and a waterproof layer preventing a loss of the moisture stored in the moisture layer.
콘크리트 판넬 및 콘크리트 판넬의 제조 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 면(aspect)에 따른 콘크리트 판넬은 내부에 공극이 형성되어 생물 착근과 외부로부터의 수분 유입이 가능한 생물층; 상기 생물층으로부터 유입되는 수분을 저장하고, 상기 저장된 수분을 상기 착근된 생물에 공급하는 수분층; 및 상기 수분층에 저장된 수분의 손실을 방지하는 방수층을 포함한다.
