The present invention relates to a shade for blocking sunlight and, more specifically, to a smart shade for presenting a beautiful space by giving a lighting effect at night. The smart shade comprises: base plates having fixing bolt insertion holes to be fixed on the ground; vertical frames allowing one side thereof to be fixed and coupled to one among the base plates, and having a plurality of bolt insertion slits formed on an outer surface thereof in a longitudinal direction, and a bolt connection plate insertion groove extended from an inner side of each bolt insertion slit in the longitudinal direction; a pair of moving brackets having a bottom plate inserted into the bolt connection plate insertion groove to be moved in the longitudinal direction of the vertical frames, and a harp-type ball joint coupling unit erected from the bottom plate; horizontal lighting frames including a profile extended in the longitudinal direction and a light diffusion plate coupled to one side of the profile, and accommodating an electronic circuit board with a plurality of light source devices arranged to emit light to different surfaces in the light diffusion plate; frame fixing brackets wherein one side thereof is coupled to an end of each horizontal lighting frame, and a ball joint inserted and fixed on a pair of the harp-type ball joint coupling units protrudes from the other side thereof; rope hangers bolt-coupled to a bolt connection plate inserted into the bolt connection plate insertion groove to be moved in the longitudinal direction of the vertical frames; and a control box to variably control colors of the light source devices in accordance with values of one or more among time, illumination, and temperature.
본 발명은 햇빛을 가리는 차양막(쉐이드)에 관한 것으로, 특히 야간에 라이팅(lighting) 효과를 주어 아름다운 공간을 연출하는 스마트 쉐이드(smart shade)에 관한 것으로, 지면에 고정하기 위한 고정볼트 삽입홀들이 형성된 베이스 플레이트들과, 일측이 하나의 상기 베이스 플레이트에 고정 결합되고, 외면에 길이방향으로 다수의 볼트 삽입 슬릿이 형성되되, 상기 볼트 삽입 슬릿 각각의 내측에 길이방향으로 볼트 연결판 삽입홈이 연장 형성되는 수직 프레임들과, 상기 볼트 연결판 삽입홈에 삽입되어 상기 수직 프레임의 길이방향을 따라 이동 가능한 볼트 연결판에 볼트 결합되는 저면 플레이트와 상기 저면 플레이트에서 직립하여 하프형 볼 조인트 결합부가 형성되는 한 쌍의 유동 브라켓들과, 길이방향으로 연장되는 프로파일과 상기 프로파일 일측에 결합되는 광확산판으로 이루어지되, 서로 다른 면으로 빛을 발산하도록 배치된 다수의 광원소자가 부착된 전자회로기판을 상기 광확산판의 내부에 수용하는 수평 라이팅 프레임들과, 상기 각각의 수평 라이팅 프레임 끝단에 일측이 결합되고 타측에는 한 쌍의 상기 하프형 볼 조인트 결합부에 삽입 고정되는 볼 조인트가 돌출 형성된 프레임 고정 브라켓들과, 상기 볼트 연결판 삽입홈에 삽입되어 상기 수직 프레임의 길이방향을 따라 이동 가능한 볼트 연결판에 볼트 결합되는 로프걸이들과, 시간, 조도, 온도 중 하나 이상의 값에 따라 상기 광원소자의 색상을 가변 제어하는 컨트롤 박스를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
