According to the present invention, a urinal capable of removing residual urine comprises: a urine discharge pipe inserted into a sewer pipe to discharge urine; a height adjustment unit to fix a height of the urine discharge pipe at a height desired by a urinating person; a coupler to couple the urine discharge pipe; a urine receiver coupled to the coupler; a lifting/lowering part to vertically pull the coupler to lift and lower the urine discharge pipe; a roll toilet paper holder formed on one side of the lifting/lowering part to hold toilet paper; roll toilet paper inserted and coupled to the roll toilet paper holder; and a roll toilet paper winder formed on the other side of the lifting/lowering part to lock the roll toilet paper. Water does not need to be used to clean urine, thereby saving water. A through hole is formed on roll toilet paper and the through hole is used to block an inlet of the urine receiver to prevent urine from splashing out of the urine receiver. Residual urine is naturally wiped on the roll toilet paper after urination to eliminate a need for shaking a penis to be sanitary and eco-friendly.
본 발명은 하수관에 끼워져 소변이 배출되도록 하기 위한 소변배출관과, 상기 소변배출관의 높낮이를 용변자가 원하는 높이에 고정할 수 있는 높이조절부재와, 상기 소변배출관을 결합하기 위한 결합구와, 상기 결합구에 결합되는 소변받이와, 상기 결합구를 위아래로 당겨 소변배출관을 승하강시키기 위한 승하강대와, 상기 승하강대의 일측에 형성되어 화장지를 거치시킬 수 있는 롤휴지거치대와, 상기 롤휴지거치대에 끼워져 결합되는 롤휴지와, 상기 승하강대의 타측에 형성되어 롤휴지를 잠을 수 있도록 하기 위한 롤휴지감게로 구성되는 잔뇨제거가 가능한 소변기를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 소변을 세척하는데 물을 사용하지 않아도 되어 물을 아낄 수 있고, 또 롤휴지에 통공을 형성하고 이를 이용해 소변받이 입구를 차단함으로써 소변이 소변받이 밖으로 튀지 않게 되고, 또 소변 후에는 자연스럽게 롤휴지에 잔뇨를 닦게 되어 음경을 털지 않아도 되어 위생적이면서도 친환경적인 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
