The present invention relates to a finishing-integrated single-face wood-finished retaining wall and a proper construction method thereof which use a wood finishing panel as a replacement for a form for reinforced concrete retaining wall construction to improve constructability and finishability. According to the present invention, the finishing-integrated single-face wood-finished retaining wall is a single-face retaining wall with a reinforced concrete retaining wall integrated into a slope reinforced by a ground reinforcing material, and comprises: a ground reinforcing material constructed while being inserted and fixated in the ground; a drain panel installed to come in contact with a slope; a slope ground pressure panel penetrated by a rear end of the ground reinforcing material to be fixed and installed; a grid reinforcing bar installed and fixed to allow the rear end of the ground reinforcing material to pass through a grid and place a horizontal reinforcing bar across the rear end of the ground reinforcing material; a core ground pressure panel fixed and installed on the protruding rear end of the ground reinforcing material passing through the grid reinforcing bar; a fixing frame having a horizontal frame fixed and installed on the core ground pressure panel and a vertical frame fixed and installed on the outside of the horizontal frame; a wood finishing panel fixed and installed on the vertical frame of the fixing frame; and concrete poured and cured between the slope and the wood finishing panel. A protective sheet is further installed between the fixing frame and the wood finishing panel. The wood finishing panels are separated and installed while forming gaps therebetween.

본 발명은 목재마감판을 철근콘크리트 옹벽 시공을 위한 거푸집 대용으로 사용하여 시공성과 마감성을 개선한 마감일체형 합벽식 목재마감옹벽 및 이의 바람직한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 마감일체형 합벽식 목재마감옹벽은 지반보강재로 보강된 사면에 철근콘크리트 옹벽이 일체화된 합벽식 옹벽으로서, 지반에 관입 정착시키면서 시공되는 지반보강재; 사면에 접하게 설치되는 배수판; 지반보강재의 후단부에 관통되어 고정 설치되는 사면지압판; 격자 사이로 지반보강재의 후단부를 통과시키면서 수평철근이 지반보강재의 후단부에 걸쳐지도록 설치 고정되는 격자철근; 격자철근을 통과하여 나온 지반보강재의 후단부에 고정 설치되는 심부지압판; 수평틀이 심부지압판에 고정 설치되고 수평틀 외측으로 수직틀이 고정 설치되는 고정틀; 고정틀의 수직틀에 고정 설치되는 목재마감판; 사면과 목재마감판 사이에 타설 양생되는 콘크리트;를 포함하여 구성되되, 고정틀과 목재마감판 사이에는 보호시트가 더 설치되고, 목재마감판은 상호 간 틈을 형성시키면서 이격 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
