Sound-absorbing Panel and Manufacturing Method Thereof
The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The sound-absorbing panel comprises: a first sound-absorbing member (10) having a plurality of first sound-absorbing grooves (11) formed on one surface thereof at prescribed intervals, a plurality of second sound-absorbing grooves (12) formed at prescribed intervals in a direction crossing the first sound-absorbing grooves (11), and a plurality of third sound-absorbing grooves (13) formed on the other surface thereof at prescribed intervals; and a second sound-absorbing member (20) having a plurality of first sound-absorbing grooves (21) formed on one surface thereof at prescribed intervals, a plurality of second sound-absorbing grooves (22) formed at prescribed intervals in a direction crossing the first sound-absorbing grooves (21), and a plurality of third sound-absorbing grooves (23) formed on the other surface thereof at prescribed intervals. Middle sound-absorbing units may be formed on both surfaces of the sound-absorbing members by sound-absorbing grooves formed in different directions. Noise energy can be reduced in three stages by sound-absorbing grooves formed on an indoor side, the middle sound-absorbing units, and sound-absorbing grooves adjacent to a wall. Hardwood emitting a phytoncide scent is used to purify indoor air and build a comfortable indoor environment by the phytoncide scent emitted into an indoor space.
흡음패널 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 일면에 소정의 간격으로 형성되는 다수의 제1 흡음홈부(11)와 상기 제1 흡음홈부(11)와 교차되는 방향을 따라 소정의 간격으로 형성되는 다수의 제2 흡음홈부(12) 및 타면에 소정의 간격으로 다수의 제3 흡음홈부(13)가 형성되는 제1 흡음부재(10); 일면에 소정의 간격으로 형성되는 다수의 제1 흡음홈부(21)와 상기 제1 흡음홈부(21)와 교차되는 방향을 따라 소정의 간격으로 형성되는 다수의 제2 흡음홈부(22) 및 타면에 소정의 간격으로 다수의 제3 흡음홈부(23)가 형성되는 제2 흡음부재(20);를 마련하여 흡음부재의 양면에 각각 다른 방향으로 형성된 흡음홈부에 의해 중간흡음부를 형성할 수 있고, 실내측으로 형성된 흡음홈부와 중간흡음부 및 벽면과 인접한 흡음홈부에 의해 소음 에너지를 3단계에 걸쳐 소음을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 피톤치드향이 발산되는 원목을 이용하므로 실내의 공기를 정화시킴은 물론 실내에 발산된 피톤치드향에 의해 실내를 보다 쾌적한 환경으로 조성할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
