COUPLE GIRDER
The present invention relates to a couple girder for a synthetic girder made by synthesizing steel and concrete. The couple girder comprises: left and right opening pipes placed separately to form a middle strip part; upper and lower connectors connecting the upper and lower parts of the left and right opening pipes; and a beam deck member installed in the middle strip part. Each of the left and right opening pipes is formed by consecutively bending a steel sheet into a pipe shape comprising upper and lower sides and both lateral sides to have a hollow part formed therein, but one of the lateral sides is a closed side and the other one is an open side in which openings are consecutively formed in a longitudinal direction between upper and lower rib-shaped pieces curved from the upper and lower sides to the upper and lower parts. The lower piece of the open side includes a consecutive protrusion part protruding in a horizontal direction, and the hollow part includes a plurality of diaphragms consecutively installed separately.
본 발명은 강재와 콘크리트를 합성시킨 합성거더의 커플거더에 관한 것으로서, 상기 커플거더는 중간스트립부가 형성되도록 서로 이격 배치된 좌,우측개관과, 상기 좌,우측개관의 상부와 하부를 연결하는 상,하연결대와, 상기 중간스트립부에 설치되는 보데크부재로 이루어지는 것으로서, 상기 좌,우측개관의 각각은 강판을 연속 절곡하여 내부에 중공부가 형성되도록 상,하면과 양 측면으로 구성되는 관체 형상으로 이루어지되, 일 측면은 폐쇄면으로 이루어지고, 타 측면은 상면과 하면에서 상하부로 각 절곡된 리브형상의 상편과 하편이 형성되면서 그 사이에 길이방향으로 연속된 개구부가 형성되는 개방면으로 이루어지며, 상기 개방면의 하편에는 수평방향으로 돌출된 연속단턱부가 구비되고, 상기 중공부에는 다수 개의 다이아프램이 상호 이격하면서 연속 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
