Quick joint of front loader and Front loader containing the same
Disclosed are a quick joint of a front loader and a front loader including the same to quickly detach a front loader from a tractor. According to an aspect of the present invention, the quick joint of a front loader comprises: a binding member of a hook shape connected to a first pivot point of a boom post of a front loader to be pivoted by a first pivot shaft; a spring member to give an elastic force in a direction of releasing the binding member from a bound shaft on a boom post support attached to a tractor; a lock unit arranged to allow a portion thereof to come in contact with the binding member, and provided with a lock pin to restrict a movement of the binding member at a binding position while rotating around a fixing pin arranged on a side of the boom post as a rotational center; and a guide slot of an arc shape which is formed on the boom post, and divides a moving path of the lock pin when the lock unit rotates. A fixing groove is formed on the guide slot on the same line as the binding position. When the rotating lock unit reaches the binding position, the lock pin is inserted into the fixing groove and restricts a movement of the binding member.
트랙터에 대한 프론트 로더(Front loader)의 신속한 착탈을 위한 프론트 로더 퀵 조인트 및 이를 포함하는 프론트 로더가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 프론트 로더 퀵 조인트는, 제1 피봇축을 통해 상기 프론트 로더의 붐 포스트의 제1 피봇 포인트에 피봇 가능하게 연결되는 후크 형상의 결속 부재, 트랙터에 부착된 붐 포스트 지지대 상의 피 결속축으로부터 결속 부재를 릴리즈시키는 방향으로 탄성력을 부여하는 스프링 부재, 일부가 상기 결속 부재와 접하도록 구비되며 붐 포스트 측면부에 구비되는 고정핀을 회전 중심으로 하여 회전운동을 하면서 결속위치에서 결속 부재의 거동을 구속하는 로크 핀을 구비한 로크 유닛 및 붐 포스트에 형성되며 로크 유닛 회전 시 로크 핀의 이동경로를 구획하는 원호 형상의 가이드 슬롯을 포함하며, 결속위치와 동일 선상의 가이드 슬롯에 고정홈이 형성되고, 회전하는 로크 유닛이 결속위치에 도달하면 상기 로크 핀이 고정홈에 삽입되고 결속 부재의 거동을 구속하도록 구성된 것을 요지로 한다.
