본 발명은 블라인드 줄 사고 방지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 유아들이 블라인드 줄에 걸려서 사고가 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 블라인드 줄 사고 방지 장치 및 이를 이용한 사고 방지 블라인드에 관한 것이다.
