SOIL RETAINING WALL USING TWO ROWS PILE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a soil retaining structure. The soil retaining structure includes: a front-row pile (100) of an H-beam structure, which is installed in a row to support both ends of a front-row retaining wall member (101) to form a main excavation unit (A); a rear-row pile (200) of the H-beam structure, which is installed in the row in the rear of the front-row pile (100); a front-row furring strip (110) installed in the left and right directions in the multiple front-row piles (100); a rear-row furring strip (210) installed in the left and right directions in the front of an upper end of the multiple rear-row piles (200); an upper connection member (500) in which a front end is connected to the front-row pile (100) and a rear end is connected to the rear-end pile (200); a spacer (300) of a rod structure, installed to maintain intervals between the front-row pile (100) and the rear-row pile (200); and a nut member (400) installed on the front surface of the rear-row pile (200) for the rear end of the spacer (300) to be connected. The soil retaining structure can obtain excellent structural stability and constructability by preventing a collision between the spacer and the retaining wall member.
본 발명은 주굴착부(A)를 형성하기 위한 전열 흙막이부재(101)의 양단을 지지하도록 열지어 설치된 H 파일 구조의 전열말뚝(100); 상기 주굴착부(A)보다 높은 위치에 형성되는 보조굴착부(B)를 형성하기 위한 후열 흙막이부재(201)의 양단을 지지하도록, 상기 전열말뚝(100)의 후방에 열지어 설치된 H 파일 구조의 후열말뚝(200); 복수의 상기 전열말뚝(100)에 좌우방향을 따라 설치된 전열띠장(110); 복수의 상기 후열말뚝(200)의 상단 전방에 좌우방향을 따라 설치된 후열띠장(210); 전단이 상기 전열말뚝(100)에 결합하고, 후단이 상기 후열말뚝(200)에 결합한 상부 연결재(500); 상기 전열말뚝(100)과 상기 후열말뚝(200)의 간격을 유지하도록 설치된 봉 구조의 간격재(300); 상기 간격재(300)의 후단과 상기 후열말뚝(200)의 직접결합에 따른 상기 후열말뚝(200)과 상기 후열 흙막이부재(201)의 저촉을 방지하기 위하여, 상기 간격재(300)의 후단이 결합하도록 상기 후열말뚝(200)의 전면에 설치된 너트부재(400);를 포함하고, 상기 간격재(300)의 전단은 상기 전열말뚝(100)의 후방 플랜지(104)를 관통하여 이중너트(310)에 의해 나사결합하고, 상기 간격재(300)의 후단은 상기 너트부재(400)의 결합홈(401)에 나사결합하고, 상기 후열 흙막이부재(201)의 전면이 상기 후열말뚝(200)의 전방 플랜지(202)의 후면에 면접촉하도록 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 흙막이 구조물을 제시함으로써, 간격재와 흙막이 부재의 저촉을 방지하여 우수한 구조적 안정성 및 시공성을 얻도록 한다.
