ROAD LANE FORMING MEMBER AND FORMING METHOD OF ROAD LANE USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a road lane forming member and a road lane forming method using the same. The road lane forming method comprises: a step of cutting a lane forming member into a shape of a lane; a step of displaying the lane on a surface of a road; a step of placing the cut lane forming member on a portion where the lane is displayed; a step of applying heat to the placed lane forming member to fuse the lane forming member on the road; and a step of cooling the fused lane forming member. The lane forming member comprises a thermoplastic resin, a fiber-reinforced material, and paint and has a sheet shape. The road lane forming member and the road lane forming method using the same have excellent wear resistance, durability, and visibility, have a short hardening time to have excellent work efficiency, and have a high reflection factor to have excellent night visibility.
본 발명은 도로의 차선 형성재 및 이를 이용한 차선 형성방법에 관한 것으로, 차선 형성재를 차선 형태로 재단하는 단계와, 도로의 표면에 상기 차선을 표시하는 단계와, 상기 차선이 표시된 부분에 상기 재단한 차선 형성재를 안착시키는 단계와, 상기 안착된 차선 형성재에 열을 가함으로써, 상기 차선 형성재가 상기 도로에 융착되도록 하는 단계와, 상기 융착된 차선 형성재를 냉각하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 차선 형성재는 열가소성 수지, 섬유 강화재, 안료를 포함하고, 시트 형상인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 도로의 차선 형성재 및 이를 이용한 차선 형성방법은, 내마모성, 내구성 및 시인성이 우수하면서도 경화 시간이 짧아 작업의 효율성이 우수하다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 빛에 대한 반사율이 높아 야간 시인성이 우수하다는 장점이 있다.
