    The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lightweight flame retardant block for construction, which comprises the steps of: preparing foam raw material beads; foaming by adding steam above the softening temperature to the raw material beads; drying and maturing the foamed raw material beads for a predetermined time; coating the dried and matured raw material beads with a prepared flame retardant solution; maturing the raw material beads in which the flame retardant solution is coated again; molding the matured raw material beads into a block form; and drying the molded block.

    본 발명은 건축용 경량 난연블록의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 발포성 원료 비드를 준비하는 단계; 상기 원료 비드에 연화온도 이상의 증기를 가하여 발포하는 단계; 발포된 상기 원료 비드를 일정시간 동안 건조 및 숙성시키는 단계; 건조 및 숙성된 상기 원료 비드를 준비된 난연액으로 코팅하는 단계; 상기 난연액이 코팅된 원료 비드를 재차 숙성시키는 단계; 재차 숙성된 원료 비드를 블록 형태로 성형하는 단계; 및 성형된 상기 블록을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
