The present invention relates to an earthquake-proof concrete column manufacturing method, which allows upper and lower columns to be separated and be connected by a connecting means. 본발명은 지진대비 콘크리트 기둥 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 상하부 기둥이 분리되며, 연결수단에 의해 이어지되, 상기 상하부의 끝단은 오목면이며, 상기 오목면 사이에 구체가 삽입되어 기둥이 무게를 지지하되, 지진에 의해 가해지는 충격에 좌우로 움직이는 것으로, 본발명은 지진발생시 충격을 흡수하며 충격에 대응하여 위치를 미소거리 변화시켜 건물 등 구조물을 안전하게 보호하는 현저한 효과가 있다.
