Disclosed is a smart safety ladder for maximizing convenience of movement and storage. The smart safety ladder for maximizing convenience of movement and storage of the present invention includes: a foothold part on which feet of an operator are supported; a support leg part provided on both end portions of the foothold part to be inclined, provided to be folded in multiple layers in a direction of a central portion of the foothold part, and supporting the foothold part; and an upper frame part comprising a plurality of upper posts coupled to an upper portion of the foothold part and folded or unfolded in an upper direction and a plurality of upper connecting rods connecting the plurality of upper posts.
