A Bolt Fastening Assembly Type Flat Road Sign Board
Disclosed is a bolt fastening type flat road sign, wherein signs are screwed to be assembled to an ultra-low head bolt or a super ultra-low head bolt by using a support member for the signs to be easily installed, dismantled, and replaced. According to the present invention, the bolt fastening type flat road sign comprises: a plurality of divided signs; a plurality of support members coupled to a rear surface of the signs; a bolt fastening hole formed by passing through a position corresponding to the signs and the support members; a bolt groove formed on the signs; and an ultra-low head or super ultra-low bolt enabling a bolt head to be mounted on the bolt groove and passing through the bolt fastening hole to be coupled to a nut. A height of the bolt groove corresponds to a height of the head of the bolt to maintain flatness of the signs.
표지판을 지지부재를 이용하여 극저두볼트 또는 초극저두볼트와 나사체결로 조립식으로 구성하여 견고하면서도 설치, 분해, 교체가 용이한 볼트체결조립식 평탄 도로표지판이 개시된다. 본 발명의 볼트체결조립식 평탄 도로표지판은 다수개의 분할된 표지판; 상기 표지판의 배면에 결합되는 복수 개의 지지부재; 상기 표지판과 상기 지지부재에 서로 대응되는 위치에 관통하여 형성된 볼트체결공; 상기 표지판 상에 형성된 볼트홈; 및 상기 볼트홈에 볼트머리가 안착되며, 상기 볼트체결공을 관통하여 너트로 결합되는 극저두 또는 초극적두 볼트를 포함하되, 상기 볼트홈의 높이는 상기 볼트의 헤드의 높이와 대응되어서 표지판의 평탄도가 유지된다.
