CLIMBING CONE ANCHOR DEVICE FOR HUMAN ERROR PREVENTION
The present invention relates to a climbing cone anchor device for preventing a human error. The purpose of the climbing cone anchor device for preventing a human error is to assemble an anchor plate at an optimal position during an assembly process of a climbing cone, an anchor bolt, and the anchor plate and also prevent an accident due to a human error by assembling the anchor bolt and the climbing cone in an optimal coupled length. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the climbing cone anchor device for preventing a human error includes: an anchor bolt; an anchor plate coupled to one end of the anchor bolt by a screw; a climbing cone coupled to the other end of the anchor bolt by a screw to face the anchor plate; and a cone bolt coupled to the climbing cone by a screw. The climbing cone anchor device also includes an anchor plate assembly unit capable of assembling the position of the anchor plate on the climbing cone assembled to the other end in a preset range when assembling the anchor plate to one end of the anchor bolt. The climbing cone anchor device also includes an assembly check hole (72) capable of checking the assembly of the anchor bolt (10) on the inner surface of the climbing cone (30).
본 발명은 휴먼 에러 예방을 위한 클라이밍 콘 앵커장치에 관한 것으로서, 앵커 플레이트와 앵커 볼트와 클라이밍 콘의 조립 과정에서, 앵커 플레이트를 최적의 위치에 정조립할 수 있고, 앵커 볼트와 클라이밍 콘을 최적의 체결길이로 정조립하여 휴먼 에러로 인한 사고를 방지하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 앵커 볼트와, 앵커 볼트의 일단부에 나사결합되는 앵커 플레이트와, 앵커 플레이트와 마주보도록 앵커 볼트의 타단부에 나사결합되는 클라이밍 콘과, 클라이밍 콘에 나사결합되는 콘 볼트를 포함하는 클라이밍 콘 앵커장치에 있어서, 앵커 플레이트를 앵커 볼트의 일단부에 조립할 시에, 타단부에 조립된 클라이밍 콘에 대한 앵커 플레이트의 위치를 미리 설정된 범위 내에 정조립할 수 있는 앵커 플레이트 정조립부를 구비하고, 상기 클라이밍 콘(30)의 내면에 앵커 볼트(10)의 정조립 여부를 확인할 수 있는 정조립확인홀(72)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
