The present invention relates to a bollard having an LED, which can call attention of a pedestrian who crosses a street at a crosswalk by allowing a light to be radiated from a bollard when a green light is turned on at a lower crosswalk. The present invention includes: a bollard (100) installed on a sidewalk adjacent to the crosswalk; an LED member (200) installed on the bollard (100) to radiate light; an LED installing means (300) installing the LED member (200) on the bollard (100); and a control means (400) electrically connected to a pedestrian light (10) having a green light and a red light and the LED member (200) and sensing that the green light is turned on in the pedestrian light (10) to control the LED member (200) so that the light is radiated from the LED member (200).
본 발명은 하횡단보도에서 보행신호등에서 녹색등이 점등되면 볼라드에서 조명이 발산되어 횡단보도를 건너고자 하는 보행자의 주의를 환기시킬 수 있는 엘이디를 갖는 볼라드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은, 횡단보도에 인접하는 인도에 설치되는 볼라드(100)와, 볼라드(100)에 설치되어 빛을 발산하는 엘이디부재(200)와, 엘이디부재(200)를 볼라드(100)에 설치시키는 엘이디설치수단(300)과, 녹색등 및 적색등이 구비되는 보행신호등(10) 및 엘이디부재(200)에 전기적으로 연결되어, 보행신호등(10)에서 녹색등이 점등됨을 감지하여 엘이디부재(200)에서 빛이 발산되도록 엘이디부재(200)를 제어하는 제어수단(400)을 포함한다.
