The present invention relates to a cement composite composition comprises alpha-type hemihydrate gypsum, anhydrous gypsum, lime, haüyne-based expanders, and cement. Accordingly, the present invention provides the cement composite composition for shrinkage controlled concrete, a manufacturing method thereof and a mortar composition. The cement composite composition is applied to a concrete material so as to be excellent in crack controlling performance, realize volume reduction compensation characteristics of the concrete and increase a shrinkage control effect which reduces tensile stress, thereby being excellent in flow, shrinkage and compressive strength, and being excellent in non-shrinkage, fast hardening, roughness, high strength, initial strength enhancement effects, insulation, heat retention, antibacterial, humidity control and deodorization.
본 발명은 알파형 반수석고; 무수석고; 석회; 아우인계 팽창제; 및 시멘트; 를 포함하는 본 발명은 수축 제어형 콘크리트용 시멘트 복합 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해 본 발명은 콘크리트 소재에 적용되어 균열제어 성능이 우수하고, 콘크리트의 체적감소 보상 특성을 구현하며, 인장응력을 저감시키는 수축제어 효과가 향상되고, 흐름성, 수축저감성 및 압축강도가 우수하며, 무수축성, 속경성, 조강성, 고강도성, 초기 강도 증진 효과, 단열성, 보온성, 방균성, 습도조절성 및 탈취성이 우수한 수축 제어형 콘크리트용 시멘트 복합 조성물, 이의 제조 방법 및 상기 수축 제어형 콘크리트용 시멘트 복합 조성물을 포함하는 모르타르 조성물을 제공한다.
