The present invention relates to an early rainwater excluding device for collecting clean water. The early rainwater excluding device for collecting clean water comprises an early rainwater storage chamber and a clean water storage chamber, individually storing early rainwater and sustained rainfall in case of rain. The early rainwater excluding device for collecting clean water comprises: a rotating support shaft horizontally installed in the upper part of the inner side of a rainwater storage tank; to rotate to be positioned at the right lower side of a rainwater inflow pipe; a shaft support unit fixed into the rainwater storage tank to support the rotating support shaft to rotate the rotating support shaft; a seesaw operation plate installed to be placed on the rotating support shaft to enable a seesaw movement and formed for the center of gravity to be formed on a long part formed to be long, wherein the seesaw operation plate is divided into the long part formed to be long for the center of gravity to be biased to one side based on the rotating support shaft and a short part formed to be shorter than the long part; and a rainwater storage plate formed in the same size as the front and rear width directions of the seesaw operation plate. The rainwater storage plate protrudes upwards to be at a right angle to the upper surface of the seesaw operation plate in a position biased to the short part of the seesaw operation plate based on the center of the rotating support shaft. So, the rainwater storage plate stores a fixed amount of the rainwater flowing inside the rainwater storage tank through the rainwater inflow pipe on the upper surface of the seesaw operation plate. Therefore, the rainwater storage plate enables the center of gravity of the seesaw operation plate to be moved from the long part to the short part formed to be short.

본 발명은 청정우수 집수를 위한 초기우수 배제장치에 관한 것으로, 우천시 초기우수와 지속강우를 따로따로 저장하는 초기우수저장실 및 청정우수저장실이 구성되어 있는 초기우수 배제장치에 있어서, 상기 빗물저장탱크의 내측 상부에는 빗물유입관의 직하방에 위치하도록 회전 가능하게 횡설되는 회전지지축과; 상기 회전지지축을 회전 가능하게 지지하도록 상기 빗물저장탱크의 내부에 고정 형성되는 축지지부와; 상기 회전지지축 위에 시이소작동이 가능하도록 얹혀진 상태로 설치되며, 상기 회전지지축을 기준으로 하여 무게중심이 일측으로 편중되도록 길이가 길게 형성되는 긴길이부분과, 상기 긴길이부분보다는 길이가 짧게 형성되는 짧은길이부분으로 구분 형성되어 무게중심이 길이가 길게 형성된 긴길이부분측에 형성되도록 구성되는 시이소작동판과; 상기 시이소작동판의 전,후측 폭 방향과 같은 규격으로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 회전지지축의 중심을 기준하여 상기 시이소작동판의 짧은길이부분측으로 편중된 위치에서 시이소작동판의 상면에 대하여 직각을 이루도록 상향방향으로 돌출 형성되어 상기 빗물유입관을 통해 빗물저장탱크 내부로 유입되는 빗물이 시이소작동판의 상면에 일정량 저장되도록 하여 상기 시이소작동판의 무게중심이 긴길이부분측에서 짧은 길이로 형성된 짧은길이부분측으로 이동되게 하는 빗물저장판;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발명이다.
