Proportional pressure-reducing valve with solenoid actuator having improved piston-controllability
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a proportional pressure-reducing valve comprises: a spool including a cylindrical main body of a prescribed diameter having a first and a second end and a first to a fourth land portion having a diameter larger than the diameter of the main body and being separated from each other to be arranged; a cylindrical sleeve having a cylindrical shape having a first and a second end which are opened, being concentrically aligned with the spool to enclose the spool, and having a first to a third through hole; an actuator which is coupled to the second end of the sleeve, and applies a force to the second end of the spool to allow the spool to move in the sleeve; a housing having an internal space to accommodate the sleeve, and having a first to a third flow path communicating with the first to the third through hole of the sleeve respectively; and a spring interposed between an inner wall of the housing and the first end of the spool. The actuator includes: a plunger capable of reciprocating and a piston rod coupled to the plunger; a case enclosing the plunger and including a solenoid coil therein; and a flange interposed between the sleeve and the case. The flange includes a plurality of drains penetrating a main body of the flange to connect an internal space of the sleeve and an internal space of the case.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 비례감압밸브로서, 비례감압밸브로서, 제1 단부와 제2 단부를 갖는 소정 직경의 실린더형 본체와 이 본체의 직경보다 큰 직경을 가지며 서로 이격되어 배치된 제1 내지 제4 랜드부를 구비한 스풀; 개방된 제1 단부와 제2 단부를 갖는 원통형 형상이며, 상기 스풀과 동축으로 정렬되어 스풀을 둘러싸며 제1 내지 제3 관통구가 형성된 원통형의 슬리브; 상기 슬리브의 제2 단부에 결합되며 상기 스풀이 상기 슬리브 내에서 움직이도록 스풀의 제2 단부에 힘을 가할 수 있는 액추에이터; 상기 슬리브를 수용하는 내부 공간을 가지며, 상기 슬리브의 제1 내지 제3 관통공과 각각 연통하는 제1 내지 제3 유로를 갖는 하우징; 및 상기 하우징의 내부 벽면과 상기 스풀의 제1 단부 사이에 개재된 스프링;을 포함하고, 상기 액추에이터는, 왕복운동 가능한 플런저와 이에 결합된 피스톤 로드; 상기 플런저를 둘러싸며 내부에 솔레노이드 코일을 포함하는 케이스; 및 상기 슬리브와 상기 케이스 사이에 개재되는 플랜지;를 포함하고, 상기 플랜지는, 상기 플랜지의 본체를 관통함으로써 상기 슬리브의 내부 공간과 상기 케이스의 내부 공간 사이를 연통시키는 복수개의 드레인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비례감압밸브를 개시한다.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a proportional pressure-reducing valve comprises: a spool including a cylindrical main body of a prescribed diameter having a first and a second end and a first to a fourth land portion having a diameter larger than the diameter of the main body and being separated from each other to be arranged; a cylindrical sleeve having a cylindrical shape having a first and a second end which are opened, being concentrically aligned with the spool to enclose the spool, and having a first to a third through hole; an actuator which is coupled to the second end of the sleeve, and applies a force to the second end of the spool to allow the spool to move in the sleeve; a housing having an internal space to accommodate the sleeve, and having a first to a third flow path communicating with the first to the third through hole of the sleeve respectively; and a spring interposed between an inner wall of the housing and the first end of the spool. The actuator includes: a plunger capable of reciprocating and a piston rod coupled to the plunger; a case enclosing the plunger and including a solenoid coil therein; and a flange interposed between the sleeve and the case. The flange includes a plurality of drains penetrating a main body of the flange to connect an internal space of the sleeve and an internal space of the case.
