The present invention relates to a vibration crusher for an excavator, capable of conducting processes such as drilling and crushing on the ground, ground tramping, the insertion and dismantlement of an H beam and the like by being connected to an end of an arm of an excavator used for construction or civil-engineering work. The vibration crusher comprises: a body part storing a driver and a vibration absorber; a cam housing installed in the body part to be vibrated in accordance with the driving of the driver; a driving body fixed to the cam housing to be interoperated with the cam housing; a crushing part fixed to the driving body to drill or crush a workpiece; a wire rope spring installed between a supporter fixed to the cam housing and upper and lower plates of the body part to function as a buffer to prevent the vibration of the cam housing from being delivered to the body part; a plurality of housings installed in the housing fixed on the body part to guide the driving body to move up and down; and a plurality of metal pads fixed to a lateral side of the driving body to be connected to the rollers.
본 발명은 주로 건축이나 토목공사 현장에서 사용되는 건설장비인 굴삭기의 암의 끝부분에 연결되어 지반의 천공 과 파쇄, 지반의 다짐, H빔의 삽입 및 해체 등의 작업을 수행하는 기구인 굴삭기용 진동 파쇄기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 굴삭기용 진동 파쇄기는 구동기구와 진동 흡수기구가 수납되는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부에 설치되어 구 동기구의 구동에 따라 진동하는 캠하우징과, 상기 캠하우징에 고정되어 캠하우징과 함께 연동하는 구동체와, 상 기 구동체에 고정되어 작업 대상물을 천공 또는 파쇄하는 파쇄부와, 상기 캠하우징에 고정된 지지대와 몸체부의 상판 및 하판 사이에 설치되어 캠하우징의 진동이 몸체부에 전달되지 않도록 완충역할을 하는 와이어로프 스프링 과, 상기 몸체부에 고정된 하우징내에 설치되어 구동체가 상하 방향으로 움직이도록 가이드하는 복수의 롤러와, 상기 구동체의 측면에 고정되어 롤러와 접속하는 복수의 금속 패드로 이루어진다.
