A mold panel according to the present invention comprises: a plate unit of a cuboid shape of an LFT material with a predetermined thickness, wherein a long fiber, made after one selected among a carbon fiber, an aramid fiber, and a natural fiber is cut in a length range of 3-100mm, is impregnated in one thermoplastic resin selected among PP, PE, PA, PET, and ABS, and the amount of the long fiber is 20-50 wt%; a first reference line crossing the plate unit in a longitudinal direction; a first rib unit which is symmetric in a width direction around the first reference line; a second rib unit being adjacent to one side of the first rib unit, while being symmetric around the first reference line; a third rib unit being adjacent to one side of the second rib unit, while being symmetric around the first reference line; and a fourth rib unit being adjacent to one side of the third rib unit, while being symmetric around the first reference line. Here, a plurality of first rib groups, composed of the first rib unit and the fourth rib unit, are formed to be repetitively arranged in a longitudinal direction.
본 발명에 의한 거푸집 패널은 PP, PE, PA, PET, ABS 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 열가소성 수지에 탄소섬유, 아라미드 또는 천연섬유 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 3~100mm의 길이 범위로 절단한 장섬유가 함침되고, 상기 장섬유의 양이 20~50중량%인 LFT 재질로 형성된 소정의 두께를 지니는 직육면체 형상의 플레이트 유닛; 상기 플레이트 유닛을 길이 방향으로 가로지르는 제1 기준선; 상기 제1 기준선을 기준으로 폭 방향으로 대칭되는 제1 리브 유닛; 상기 제1 리브 유닛의 일측에 인접되되, 상기 제1 기준선을 기준으로 대칭되는 제2 리브 유닛; 상기 제2 리브 유닛의 일측에 인접되되, 상기 제1 기준선을 기준으로 대칭되는 제3 리브 유닛; 및 상기 제3 리브 유닛의 일측에 인접되되, 상기 제1 기준선을 기준으로 대칭되는 제4 리브 유닛;을 포함하고, 상기 제1 리브 유닛 내지 상기 제4 리브 유닛으로 구성된 제1 리브 그룹은 복수 개가 형성되어 길이 방향으로 반복되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
