A mold panel according to the present invention comprises: a plate unit of a cuboid shape of an LFT material with a predetermined thickness, wherein a long fiber, made after one selected among a carbon fiber, an aramid fiber, and a natural fiber is cut in a length range of 3-100mm, is impregnated in one thermoplastic resin selected among PP, PE, PA, PET, and ABS, and the amount of the long fiber is 20-50 wt%; a first reference line crossing the plate unit in a longitudinal direction; a second reference line crossing the plate unit in a width direction, while intersecting with the first reference line; a first rib group which is symmetric around the first reference line; and a second rib group which is adjacent to one side of the first rib group, while being symmetric around the first reference line, wherein the first rib group and the second rib group are characterized by being symmetric around the second reference line which is adjacent to one side of the second rib group.
본 발명에 의한 거푸집 패널은 PP, PE, PA, PET, ABS 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 열가소성 수지에 탄소섬유, 아라미드 또는 천연섬유 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 3~100mm의 길이 범위로 절단한 장섬유가 함침되고, 상기 장섬유의 양이 20~50중량%인 LFT 재질로 형성된 소정의 두께를 지니는 직육면체 형상의 플레이트 유닛; 상기 플레이트 유닛을 길이 방향으로 가로지르는 제1 기준선; 상기 플레이트 유닛을 폭 방향으로 가로지르되, 상기 제1 기준선과 교차되는 제2 기준선; 상기 제1 기준선을 기준으로 대칭되는 제1 리브 그룹; 및 상기 제1 리브 그룹의 일측에 인접되되, 상기 제1 기준선을 기준으로 대칭되는 제2 리브 그룹;을 포함하고, 상기 제1 리브 그룹 및 상기 제2 리브 그룹은 상기 제2 리브 그룹의 일측에 인접된 상기 제2 기준선을 기준으로 대칭되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
