The present invention relates to a wedge cutting apparatus of a connection device for rebar connection. The wedge cutting apparatus comprises: a mainframe having a support plate installed on an upper portion thereof; a cutting unit which has a housing installed on an upper portion of the support plate, a plurality of drive motors installed on the upper, lower, left, and right surfaces of the housing, and cutting blades respectively coupled to ends of the drive motors; an operating unit installed on an upper portion of the support plate to reciprocate in the longitudinal direction of the support plate; a clamping unit which has a fixed clamp having one end coupled to an upper portion of one side of the operating unit, and installed in parallel with the support plate by a first support axially installed on the support plate at a predetermined position, and has a movable clamp having one end coupled to an upper portion of the other side of the operating unit, and installed in parallel with the support plate by a second support axially installed on the support plate at a predetermined position. The movable clamp reciprocates toward the fixed clamp. Therefore, workability and productivity can be improved by automatically cutting the wedge of the connecting device for rebar connection.
본 발명은 철근 연결용 이음장치의 웨지 절단장치에 관한 것으로, 상부에 지지플레이트가 설치된 메인프레임과, 지지플레이트의 상부에 설치된 하우징, 하우징의 상면, 하면, 좌측면, 우측면에 설치된 복수개의 구동모터, 구동모터의 단부에 각각 결합된 절단날을 가지는 절단유닛과, 지지플레이트의 상부에 지지플레이트의 길이방향으로 왕복이동되게 설치된 작동유닛 및, 작동유닛의 일측 상부에 일단이 결합되고, 축선방향 소정 위치가 지지플레이트에 설치된 제1 지지대에 관통삽입되어 지지플레이트와 평행하게 설치된 고정클램프와, 작동유닛의 타측 상부에 일단이 결합되고, 축선방향 소정 위치가 지지플레이트에 설치된 제2 지지대에 관통삽입되어 지지플레이트와 평행하게 설치된 가동클램프를 가지는 클램핑유닛을 포함하며, 가동클램프는 고정클램프를 향해 왕복이동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a wedge cutting apparatus of a connection device for rebar connection.
