The present invention relates to a gap washer for a flow preventing device. More specifically, the present invention respectively assembles flow preventing devices on both left and right sides so as to fix a basic rail and a tongue rail to a switch used for changing a course of a railway vehicle, is formed with a gap washer having a female clamp and a male clamp on one surface of the flow preventing device and a fixing groove on one surface of the female clamp when fastening the same by a fastening nut so as to fix the same when connecting the basic rail and the tongue rail to the switch by a tip device and a connection device, is formed with a fixing protrusion at one surface of the male clamp so as to be inserted into the fixing groove to be inserted and coupled thereto, thereby maintaining a state that the gap washer is not separated to be loosened and is coupled by vibration generated during passing of trains so as to solidly fix the flow preventing device so as to prevent the same from being moved.
본 발명은 유동방지간 아귀와샤에 관한것으로서, 더욱 상세히 설명하면 철도차량의 진로를 변경하는데 사용되는 전철기와 기본레일과 텅레일을 고정하기 위해 좌우 양측에 유동방지간을 각각 조립한 다음 첨단간과 접속간에 의해 전철기와 기본레일과 텅레일을 연결하기하는 과정에서 유동방지간의 일면에는 암 조임쇠와 수 조임쇠로 이루어진 아귀와샤와 이를 고정하기 위해 체결너트로 조임 체결하면 상기 암 조임쇠의 일면에는 고정홈이 형성되고, 상기 수 조임쇠의 일면에는 고정홈에 삽입되도록 고정돌기가 형성되어 끼움 결합됨으로 인해 열차 통과시 발생하는 진동에 의해 아귀와샤가 분리되어 풀리지않고 결합된 상태를 유지하여 유동방지간이 움직이지않도록 견고하게 고정하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
