The present invention discloses: a graphite film comprising at least one aromatic diamine and a carbonization and graphitization reaction product of a polyimide obtained from at least one aromatic acid dianhydride, and comprising at least two kinds of at least one of the aromatic diamine and aromatic acid dianhydride; a manufacturing method thereof; and a heat emission structure for an electronic device comprising the same. The graphite film of the present invention can be produced at low cost.
본 발명은 1종 이상의 방향족 디아민과, 1종 이상의 방향족 산이수물로부터 얻은 폴리이미드의 탄화 및 흑연화 반응 생성물을 포함하며, 상기 방향족 디아민과 방향족 산이무수물 중 적어도 하나는 2종 이상을 포함하는 그라파이트 필름, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 전자소자용 방열구조체를 제시한다.
