Provided are porous particles and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, provided is a method for manufacturing porous particles, comprising the following steps: a first step of forming slurry obtained by mixing zeolite solid powder having a particle size of microunit with a solvent composed of a binder and an additive and then homogeneously dispersing the same; and a second step of forming spherical porous particles having a particle size of 0.2-0.6 mm via a wet granulation method using the homogeneously dispersed slurry as a raw material.
본 발명은 다공성 입자 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명은, 마이크로 단위의 입자 크기를 갖는 제올라이트 고형분을 바인더와 첨가제를 혼합한 용매에 섞어 균질 분산을 시킨 슬러리를 형성하는 제1 단계 및 균질 분산된 슬러리를 원료로 습식 제립법을 이용하여 0.2~0.6mm의 입자 크기를 갖는 구형의 다공성 입자를 형성하는 제2 단계를 포함하는 특징으로 하는 다공성 입자의 제조방법을 제공한다.

Provided are porous particles and a manufacturing method thereof. 본 발명은 다공성 입자 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명은, 마이크로 단위의 입자 크기를 갖는 제올라이트 고형분을 바인더와 첨가제를 혼합한 용매에 섞어 균질 분산을 시킨 슬러리를 형성하는 제1 단계 및 균질 분산된 슬러리를 원료로 습식 제립법을 이용하여 0.2~0.6mm의 입자 크기를 갖는 구형의 다공성 입자를 형성하는 제2 단계를 포함하는 특징으로 하는 다공성 입자의 제조방법을 제공한다.
