The present invention relates to a factory building and a method for constructing a factory building, wherein the factory building includes: a fence-shaped wall panel which is formed by welding an outer panel (11) and an inner panel (12) to each other while forming weld beads (14) at left and right sides of both ends of shaped steel (13′) to form a space between the outer panel (11) and the inner panel (12) and interconnecting side surfaces of wall panels (10) formed by curing mortar (20′) in the space; and a roof panel (50) including an outer panel (51) and an inner panel (52) with a space therebetween, having a heat insulating material (60) in the space between the outer panel (51) and the inner panel (52), and installed on the upper part of the wall panels (10).
본 발명은 외측 패널(11)과 내측 패널(12)이 형강재(13')의 양단부의 좌우측에 용접비드(14)를 형성하면서 용접되어 연결됨으로써 상기 외측 패널(11)과 내측 패널(12) 사이에 공간을 형성하고, 상기 공간에 몰탈(20')이 타설되어 양생된 벽체 패널(10)들의 측면이 상호 연결되어 형성된 울타리형의 벽체 패널; 및 공간을 사이에 둔 외측 패널(51)과 내측 패널(52)을 포함하고 상기 외측 패널(51)과 내측 패널(52)의 상기 공간에 단열재(60)가 배치되며, 상기 벽체 패널(10)의 상측에 설치되는 지붕패널(50)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공장건물 및 공장건물의 건축방법에 관한 것이다.
