The present invention relates to vacuum glazing, a device for manufacturing the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for manufacturing vacuum glazing comprises: a plate glass assembly disposed between first and second plates and pressurized by the first and second plates; a heater device disposed in one of the first plate and the second plate to heat the plate glass assembly; and an elastic member disposed on a lower side of the first plate to provide a restoring force upwards. Accordingly, the plate glass assembly can be easily pressurized and bonded.
본 발명은 진공유리와, 진공유리의 제조장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 진공유리의 제조장치에는, 제 1,2 플레이트의 사이에 배치되며, 상기 제 1,2 플레이트에 의하여 가압되는 판유리 조립체; 상기 제 1 플레이트 및 상기 제 2 플레이트 중 적어도 어느 하나에 구비되어, 상기 판유리 조립체를 가열하는 히터장치; 및 상기 제 1 플레이트의 하측에 구비되어, 상방으로의 복원력을 제공하는 탄성부재가 포함되어, 판유리 조립체의 가압 및 합착이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있다.

The present invention relates to vacuum glazing, a device for manufacturing the same, and a manufacturing method thereof.
