BRODGE STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREROF
According to the present invention, a bridge structure includes: an I-shaped steel girder (100) comprising a lower flange (110), an upper flange (120) and a web (130); and a floor plate (200) formed by placing concrete (C) to bury the upper part of the I-shaped steel girder (100). A vertical reinforcement member (140) is installed from the lower flange (110) to the lower surface of the floor plate (200) in the steel girder (100). The vertical reinforcement member (140) includes: a chamfer part (141) formed in an upper outer corner part; and a reinforcement plate (142-1) combined with the upper surface (142) of the vertical reinforcement member (140) to protrude forward and backwards. According to the present invention, the bridge structure is formed as described in Fig 1, but the upper surface of the reinforcement plate (142-1) combined with the vertical reinforcement member (140) and the lower surface of the concrete floor plate are combined with each other in a contact structure. According to Fig 2, in the steel girder (100), the chamfer part (141) is installed outside the upper part of the vertical reinforcement member (140) to be inclined downwards to the outside. The structure of the vertical reinforcement member (140) is a structure to be combined with a temporary reinforcement girder (300) preventing the falling of a girder and facilitating the installation of a mold.
본 발명의 교량구조물은 하부플랜지(110), 상부플랜지(120), 복부(130)로 형성된 I형 강재거더(100); 강재거더(100)의 상부가 매립되도록 콘크리트(C)가 타설되어 형성된 바닥판(200);을 포함하되, 강재거더(100)에는 하부플랜지(110)부터 바닥판(200)하면까지 수직보강재(140)가 설치되고, 수직보강재(140)는 상부 외측 모서리부에 형성된 모따기부(141); 수직보강재(140)의 상면(142)에 전후방향으로 돌출되도록 결합된 보강판(142-1);을 구비한다. 본원발명의 교량구조물은 도 1과 같이 형성되되, 수직보강재(140)에 결합된 보강판(142-1) 상면에 콘크리트 바닥판 하면이 접촉되는 구조로 상호 결합된다. 도 2에서와 같이 본 발명의 강재거더(100)는 수직보강재(140) 상부 외측에 모따기부(141)가 외측을 향하여 하향 경사지도록 설치되는 것이 특징이다. 이러한 수직보강재(140)의 구조는 거더의 전도를 방지하고, 거푸집 설치를 용이하게 하는 가설용 보강거더(300)와의 결합을 위한 구조이다.
